The company of WOJDYŁA BUDOWNICTWO Sp. z o.o. (LLC) has been present on the market since the year of 1986.

            Upon the domestic market, the company operates centralizing its manufacturing facilities within three branches: in Warsaw, Wrocław and Rabka Zdrój, where the main headquarters of the company are located. The development of the company has also lead to the opening of the company branch in Hamburg, Germany. The company conveys its export activities since 1991.

            The model of company operation, which has been subject to working out for more than 25 years now, has resulted in the fact that the company centres its main activity upon the market of construction services executed within the mode of general contractorship as well as comprehensive all-round execution of investments (detached and multi-family housing estate industry, public utility buildings, office, service as well as commercial oriented objects, schools, diplomatic posts, sacral objects …). The scope of company activity is also constituted by developer oriented entrepreneurship activity.

            A number of construction investments executed by the company of Wojdyła Budownictwo in particular include projects, which the company is in particular proud of:

General Consulate of the Republic of Poland in Kaliningrad, the construction of the complex of buildings of the Łazarski University in Warsaw, the construction of the campus of Managerial College in Budapest, a Church and a Monastery in Warsaw, Polish House in Budapest, Sports halls for the cities of Paczkowo and Góra Śląska, “Panorama” Housing Estate in the city of Wrocław, ”Wiśniowa” Housing, Office and Service Oriented object in Wrocław, the construction of the of “Wierchomla” hotel complex in Wierchomla Mała.

            The construction of semi-detached housing developments KONSTANCJA phases III, IV and V, the construction of “WIATRACZNA RESIDENCE” multifamily housing estate object along with an underground garage, the construction and erection of ”CROCUS” hotel complex (along with indispensable equipment) in the city of Zakopane, the construction of VICTOR Hotel in Pruszków; housing estate, office and commercial object in the city of Wrocław at Zelwerowicza street.

            The company of Wojdyła Budownictwo has also performed the role of the General Contractor of the ”Wojdyła Business Park” investment task, which encompassed the erection of three A class office and service building in the city of Wrocław. The company executed phase I to phase IV of the investment, which encompassed office buildings of the total lease surface area amounting to about 16 000m² between the period from February 2008 until May 2010.
