The whole project encompasses the execution (along the whole external wall of the building) of a platform which is to be suspended over the water and offering the possibility to dock boats and motor boats. The municipal authorities have planned for the complete exclusion of the Piaskowa island from any wheel traffic (św. Jadwigi street) only maintaining the possibility of access by vehicles for the inhabitants of the island – the fact that even to a greater extent underlines the unique character of the described location as the true enclave located in the very heart of the city centre.
