The project design has been prepared by the renowned Wrocław architecture workshop of Dziewoński, Łukaszewicz – architekci – authors of the number of household, service oriented and public utility project designs, including those awarded, amongst others within the competition of the Beautiful Wrocław for the best architectonic project, which was executed in co-operation with the project design workshop +48 – the team of young, Wrocław architects with numerous successes within the area of architecture, urban solutions as well as pattern design. The driving force of the project has been constituted by the need for the design of the building, which with its architectonic form shall enrich the present, exceptional and one of the kind context. Unconstrained composition of bays provides the building with exceptional lightness and exploits landscaping possibilities of particular apartments. What has been applied were solely the highest quality of finishing materials, amongst others: ceramic coating, aluminium and glass facades, safety glass barriers as well as exotic wood balcony and terrace finishing.
