Standard option of offered apartments includes finishing at the enhanced developer standard, with the possibility for the individual arrangement within the chosen scope. All of the installations allow for the application (upon client’s request) intelligent building system which intervenes within all apartment installations, amongst others: cooling and heating, lightening, alarm system, roller blind steering system as well as a number of other amenities. Anti-burglary entrance doors, windows equipped with aluminium roller blinds (electricity steered), glazed upon the full height of bays and loggias as well as balconies and terraces with exotic wood finished floor. Air conditioning system, videophone communication system, CCTV with the possibility of peek on camera views, telephone and internet connections all constitute the part of the project design.
